Subject to the regime applicable to the tool actually used, PLAN SÉQUENCE may use tools to understand how the Site is accessed and to improve its performance.

When these trackers do not benefit from an exemption, they are only activated after your consent.

Subject to your consent, PLAN SÉQUENCE may use advertising trackers in order to notably:

  • understand if a visit or an order results from a campaign;

No tracker subject to consent should be activated before your choice. The CNIL notably reminds that simply continuing to browse does not constitute valid consent.

5. Your choices

During your first visit, the consent manager must allow you to:

Customize my choices

Accept and refuse must be offered with an equivalent degree of simplicity.

You can also choose categories of trackers separately when this granularity is applicable.

6. Modify or withdraw your consent

You can change your choices at any time using the permanent link or button:

"Manage my cookies" accessible from the footer of the Site.

Withdrawing consent must be as simple as granting it.

7. Duration of choices

Consent choices are kept for the duration configured in our consent management tool.

As a reference, the CNIL indicates that keeping the choice (acceptance as well as refusal) for six months generally constitutes good practice.

The specific durations for different cookies may vary. They must appear in the consent manager or in the detailed list of trackers actually used.

8. Third-party services

Depending on the activated features, some cookies may be placed or used by third-party providers.

The final list must correspond to the apps, pixels, and integrations actually installed on the Shopify store.

PLAN SÉQUENCE will update this list based on its technical stack.
