Why do you work through preorder ?
We believe beautiful clothing deserves intention.
Rather than producing large quantities in advance, we produce based on real demand. This allows us to focus on quality, craftsmanship, and thoughtful production while reducing unnecessary waste.

When will I receive my order ?
Estimated delivery dates are displayed on each product page.
As most pieces are produced after the preorder window closes, delivery may take several weeks.
We will keep you informed throughout the process.
Will I receive updates during production ?
Yes.
You will receive updates from the house as your piece moves through production, as well as shipping confirmation and tracking information once your order is dispatched.
Sizing & Fit
How do I choose my size ?
Each product page includes fit information and garment details to help guide your choice.
If you are between sizes or require assistance, please contact us before placing your order.
What if my size is unavailable ?
As production is planned around each preorder window, availability may vary.
Join our waitlist to be notified about future releases and restocks.
Shipping
Where do you ship ?
We currently ship within Europe.
Additional destinations may be added in the future.
How much does shipping cost ?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
Any applicable duties or taxes will be clearly indicated before payment.
Can I track my order ?
Yes.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my order ?
Yes.
If your piece is not quite right, you may return it within the timeframe specified in our Returns Policy.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition.
Can I exchange for another size ?
If stock is available, we will do our best to accommodate size exchanges.

What is the difference between the Permanent Collection and the Chapters ?
The Permanent Collection contains the enduring foundations of PLAN SÉQUENCE.
The Chapters explore specific stories, places, and atmospheres through seasonal narratives and limited releases.
Together, they form a wardrobe written in chapters.
Why is the brand called PLAN SÉQUENCE ?
In cinema, a plan séquence is a continuous shot where a story unfolds without interruption.
We were inspired by this idea because the most meaningful wardrobes are built in much the same way: gradually, over time, through the moments that shape a life.
